B.R.A.S.S. Membership Requirements

To be an active member of BRASS you must display honor, honesty (calling your hits), an interest in learning, and potential ability. We are seeking serious players that will put time and effort into advancing airsoft and our development as a team.

You must be able to interact with the members of BRASS, and to know how to follow the decisions of others. You must have YOUR OWN gear (see “Required Equipment)! If accepted, you will be placed on a Squad and if available, assigned to a Battle Buddy.

Invitation — Visitors must be personally invited by a Team member. Emails asking for invitations are encouraged.

Minimum Invites — Visitors must attend a minimum number of invitational games . This will be determined on an individual basis.

Request for Membership — After a Prospect has completed the required number of games, again to be determined on an individual basis, the Prospect may then receive a BRASS Membership application form.

Application Review — Once a Prospect has met the game requirements and filled out an application, the Review Board will exam the application for approval. The Prospect will be notified at a later date.

Member Accepted — The Squad Leaders will be in charge of an evaluation period and decide which Squad a new Member will fit into best. At the time of acceptance, a new Member will need to obtain the required equipment. (See “Required Equipment”)

Member Declined — A Prospect that is declined will return to Visitor status. A membership application that is declined will be kept on file for 180 days. If an applicant is denied entrance to the Team, they may play in BRASS games at a rate of 1 game every month.  After the file is cleared, the Visitor may again reapply for membership.

• Visitors that have their own gear, AEG’s, and other necessary equipment on the 1st visitor day, may be moved directly into Prospect status.
